Q. Do you ship chocolates year round?
A. Yes, chocolates are available for shipment year round. Due to warmer temperatures, additional shipping charges may apply for chocolate and other heat sensitive products between April and October . Please see our warm weather shipping policy for specific details.
 
Q. Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
A. Yes. When using a P.O. Box, delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service.
 
Q. How do I change my address for a catalog?
A. You can change your address by contacting us via e-mail at customerservice@basspecan.com or by phone at 1-800-732-2671. Be sure to give your old address as well as the new address.

Q. What are your operating hours?
A. Our corporate office is open between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Phone orders - Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm by calling 1-800-PECANS-1 OR 1-800-732-2671.
Corporate orders, and holiday orders or shipping questions may be placed for during extended times thru Dec 15th until 9 pm.
Internet orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Retail locations are open Monday through Saturday. Check stores below for details:
Lumberton - 925 Main Street, at the heart of the town, Open Mon - Sat 9 am to 6 pm
Natchez - 515 Main Street in Downtown Natchez, Open Mon - Sat 9 am to 6 pm
Smith's - 19825 Hwy 18, Raymond Open Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8 am to 12 noon
Note: Beginning March, 1 2010 Bass Pecan Company at Smith's Orchard will be closed for the season. We will re-open in September 2010. For trees and graftwood at, please call Randolph Smith at 601-919-6398 or Libby Smith Rushing at 601-919-6401.

Q. What are your shipping policies?
A. All orders placed before 2 PM Central Standard Time are shipped out that same day unless scheduled for a later date. Shipments may be deferred at the customer's request. Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentines, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day orders are shipped on scheduled dates for timely arrival. Any other specified date should use 2nd Day shipping to insure timely delivery. Additional charges may apply.
 
Q. What is the product guarantee?
A. All products carry the 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can replace your products or refund your money.
Q.How to ship order to multiple address?
A. You need to create seperate order to send multiple address.

You can manage the multiple address using "My Account" page. On "My Account" you can see "Your Shipping Address" and new click "Add" to add new shipping address "Edit" to edit the existing shipping address.

To send the order on particular shipping address, you just need to select the particular order on "Checkout" page.
