Banana Butter Pecan Bars
- 1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c salted sweet cream butter
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 3 c quick old fashioned oats
- 1 11oz pkg butterscotch morsels
- 3/4 c chopped pecans
- 3/4 c sweetened shredded coconut
- powdered sugar for dusting
Cherry Chocolate Brownies
- 1 ½ sticks I Can’t Believe its Not Butter
- 1 cp sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cp plain flour
- 2 T. Cocoa (Hershey’s special dark)
- ¾ cup pecans
- ¾ cp dried cherries- cut into small bits
- Dash salt
- 1 t. vanilla

Fudgy Pecan Balls
Pre heat Oven to 300 degrees.
In large mixing bowl combine.
1 cup crisco ( not butter or margarine)
2 cups powdered sugar.
3 squares melted unsweetened bakers chocolate ( or 4 tablespoons cocoa )
1 cup minus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup chopped Bass pecans

- 3 1/2 c. flour (I use White Lily all purpose flour)

- 1 ts. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped pecans
