| Q. Do you ship chocolates year round? |
| A. Yes, chocolates are available for shipment year round. Due to warmer temperatures, additional shipping charges may apply for chocolate and other heat sensitive products between April and September. Please see our warm weather shipping policy for specific details. |
| Q. Do you ship to a P.O. Box? |
| A. No. We cannot ship to a PO Box, we will need physical address to ship your order. |
| Q. Do you ship to Military Address? |
| A. Yes. When using military address, delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service only. However we cannot gurantee shipping to A.P.O addresses as we cannot track the shipment of these packages/ We support our soldiers in the armed forces but have found that A.P.O. shipping is not reliable for timely delivery of packages. |
| Q. How do I change my address for a catalog? |
| A. You can change your address by contacting us via e-mail at customerservice@basspecan.com or by phone at 1-800-732-2671. Be sure to give your old address as well as the new address. |

A. Our corporate office is open between 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Beginning November 1st, our call center has extended hours for you ordering convenience. Our call center is open until 7 pm CST. Please visit the Store Location page to see store hours. |
| Q. What are your shipping policies? |
| A.Shipments may be deferred at the customer's request. Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentines, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day orders are shipped on scheduled dates for timely arrival. Any other specified date should use 2nd Day shipping to insure timely delivery. Additional charges may apply. |
| Q. What is the product guarantee? |

| Q. How to store pecans? |
| A. Pecans, either shelled or unshelled, if kept in an air tight container, will last in refrigeration for up to 9 months and in the freezer for up to 2 years. If pecans are left out in an unsealed bag, they will keep their taste for about a month and, if in a sealed bag, a couple of months. All of this depends on the temperature and humidity to which the pecans are exposed. You can freeze pecans. They will last 24-30 months in the freezer. Pecans can be re-frozen numerous times without loss of quality. |
| Q. Bass Pecan Tree Warranty? |
| A. Bass Pecan Company gives no guarantee, express or implied as to description, life or productiveness of any tree. All trees are guaranteed to be true to name and variety and alive at the time the tree leaves our warehouse. If any tree proves otherwise, we will not be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price. | Q. How to store pecan pie? |
| A. Unsealed pecan pies last up to 2 weeks at room temperature, up to 6 weeks refrigerated, and up to 2 years if frozen. |
| Q. How to store jellies and Jams? |
| A. Jellies and Jams have a 5 years shelf life if unopened. After opening, the products should last 6 months refrigerated. |
| Q. How to store syrups? |
| A. Syrups are good for 12 months from the date on the label. If opened, the product must be refrigerated in order to last 12 months. |
