Cherry Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 sticks I Can’t Believe its Not Butter
- 1 cp sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cp plain flour
- 2 T. Cocoa (Hershey’s special dark)
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 3/4 cp dried cherries- cut into small bits
- Dash salt
- 1 t. vanilla
Method:
In medium saucepan melt butter and sugar and eggs. Stir well. Add rest of ingredients. Spray 8 x 10 with Baker’s Joy. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
