Cherry Chocolate Brownies

 

Ingredients:

  • 1  1/2  sticks I Can’t Believe its Not Butter
  • 1 cp sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cp plain flour
  • 2 T. Cocoa (Hershey’s special dark)
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 3/4 cp dried cherries- cut into small bits
  • Dash salt
  • 1 t. vanilla

Method:
In medium saucepan melt butter and sugar and eggs. Stir well. Add rest of ingredients. Spray 8 x 10 with Baker’s Joy. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
