Ingredients:
- 1 Pecan Pie in Jar
- 3 tbsp of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup of pecan pieces or mammoth pecans (optional)
In a mixing bowl put 3 tbsp of butter, 4 eggs, pecan pie in jar. If you have trouble getting pecan pie in jar out because of cold and sugar based ingredients. Put jar in microwave without lid on it for about 20-30 seconds, so you can easily get everything out from jar.
Preheat oven 325 degree.
Turn mixer on low speed until all ingredients are mixed well. If you want to add more pecans then add pecan pieces or mammoth pecans.
Pour the mixture on pie crust. Place pie crust on cookie sheet so if it’s boiled out you don’t need to clean oven. Set your oven timer for 45 minutes and keep checking that edges are not brown. If it’s brown you can cover with aluminum foil to avoid turning them black.
