We take pride in shipping chocolate all summer long; however when the temperature is over 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the shipping (Madison, MS) or receiving locations we require expedited shipping methods to keep your candy safe from heat and humidity. Beginning in April and going through mid-September, we require UPS Next Day shipping services for our pecan pies, candies, chocolates and other confections traveling outside a one day delivery area*. If shipping methods other than Next Day services are chosen, we CANNOT guarantee the quality of your order. Extra protection is always encouraged. Please add Ice Pack Protection to your order to increase the chances your product will arrive in the best condition.

*One day delivery area includes Mississippi, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas, Tennessee and Alabama. Please check our UPS Transit Map to verify where your shipping destination is located and the travel time involved.

We do not ship heat sensitive items over the weekend in order to guarantee the premium quality of your order upon its arrival. For this reason, all orders submitted after 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday through 2:00 p.m. CST Monday will ship on Monday.

If you choose to ship other than the recommended method we CANNOT guarantee your shipment. You may always call our Customer Service Department at 800-732-2671 to receive suggestions for products that won’t require additional shipping charges during these months.
