Ordering Information

To order use the “select option” and complete your order online, call (601) 857-6177 or email us at cservice@basspecan.com. Your order will not be completed and payment requested until we have verified availability and confirmed shipping method and charges with you.

Pricing

We have quantity pricing on larger orders. Please call (601) 857-6177 and ask to speak with one of our tree experts.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and checks as payment.

Shipping

Shipping prices and carriers vary depending on type of tree, size of tree and number of trees ordered. 3 gallon trees can be shipped UPS "quasi-bare root" during dormancy. 7 gallon and larger trees are too large to be shipped by UPS. 3 gallon trees and 7 gallon trees can be shipped by freight in an enclosed truck. 15 gallon trees usually are 8-12’ tall and are too big to be shipped in an enclosed truck. It is best that these trees be picked up at the nursery. We can assist in locating contract delivery. Large orders can be shipped on a contract flatbed truck at buyer’s expense.

Pick-up

After calling ahead to confirm your order has been pulled for pickup, trees may be picked up at the nursery by appointment only Monday through Friday. Please call to schedule a special appointment to pick up trees after business hours. We encourage you to come by our nursery and shop; however, please call ahead to make sure nursery personnel are available to assist you.

Returns

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if there is a shortage or other problem, please notify us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) about any problems with shipped trees by calling (601) 857-6177 or email us at cservice@basspecan.com.

Tree Warranty

Bass Pecan Nursery gives no guarantee, express or implied as to description, life, or productiveness of any tree. All trees are guaranteed to be true to name and variety and alive at the time the tree leaves our nursery. If any tree proves otherwise, we will not be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price.
