Test Pecan Product

A very large, high quality pecan with a very thin shell. Approximately 40 nuts to the pound with 56% edible meat. Cherryle shells out well into clean halves. The kernels have a nice oil content and a golden color.

Based on the harvest date, Cherryle should be available around November 10.

Please be advised that farm shelled results in approximately 50% of the original weight as the majority of the shell has been removed in the shelling process.
