8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
5 Green Onions, chopped (separated - 3 green onions, 2 green onions)
1 1/2 Cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 cups Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White or Black Pepper
1 T Garlic Powder
8 Cooked Slices of Bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 Cup Pecan Pieces (separated 1/2 cup, 1 cup)
1 jar Pepper Jelly of your choice
1 box of party crackers of your choice
Place plastic wrap inside of a bundt pan to fully line the pan. Wrap should hang over the outside edges.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, both cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic powder until well combined. Add the crumbled bacon, 3 chopped green onions and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle the 1 cup of chopped pecans and 2 chopped green onions in the bottom of the plastic wrapped lined bundt pan. Carefully top with the cheese spread and press down to evenly pack the pan. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill over night. Don't take out of refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
To serve, invert the bundt pan onto a wooden charcuterie board. Pull the plastic off. Heat pepper jelly in microwave just until runny. Drizzle Pepper Jelly over the top of the cheese wreath. In center of wreath, add crackers of choice. Add sprigs of rosemary if desired for an added Christmas feel.
