- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 cup of instant oats
- 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of melted butter
Combine ingredients and spread it in a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and crumble in a 9x13 using 1/2 of the crumbs.
- 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
- One 12 ounce jar of caramel topping (or butterscotch).
Spoon caramel topping, slice ice cream and layer on top. Top with remaining crumbs and freeze.
