- 1 9” unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup light Karo syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Bass Pecan Pieces
- 1 T orange juice
- 1 T grated orange rind
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
Combine filling ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool then refrigerate. Always serve this pie completely cool for best results in texture and taste.
