- 1 9” unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup Light Karo syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup pecans, whole or chopped
Combine all ingredients well but don’t beat. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until set.
