- 1 box of butter pecan cake mix
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
Mix these together and press in a 9x13 greased cake pan
- 8 ounce of soften cream cheese
- 1 stick of soft butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
Mix these together and pour over crust
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup miniature caramels or diced caramels
Sprinkle these on top and bake for 22 minutes at 325 degrees. Then add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and bake for another 22 minutes. Top with one 8-ounce bag of toffee pieces and bake for another 5 minutes.
Take out of the oven and press with a fork. Let cool completely before cutting. Serve with ice cream and drizzle caramel syrup on top.
